Hey Bro, you ever think of doing a cycle? Looks like your far from your potential. My guess is your somewhere around 150lbs 20% BF......Diet and Exercise Bro!!!

My Trainer/Training partner is Dave Fisher who is a pro bodybuilder some of you might know from the 80's and 90's. and I have another training partner who is 14 years younger than me who keeps my drive going by calling "Old Man" and pissing me off. The 3 of us never miss a day.

Cycle is

100 ed of Prop/tren/mast..... but I dropped the tren because of sides. I have another 3 weeks of the prop/mast before I take a break.

Mornings

Monday Chest
Tuesday Back/Traps
Wednesday Shoulders
Thursday Legs
Friday Arms

Evenings

Walk Beach Stairs with 60-80LB weighted vest for 30 to 45 minutes
Alterate days doing abs at the gym.

Diet huh? I am a product of 4 pounds of meat a day. 2 pounds of it being fish in the evenings. I use Protien factory "Big blast" and consume many Of Needtos Protien Bars since discovering them. I will try and cut down more in the next few months but truthfully I like feeling strong and full and feel like crap when I get down below 9%. I like to eat and want to get bigger.

I was a very unfit 300LBs in 2004 but dieted down to 198. After losing the 100 pounds I felt great physically but didnt like my look visually. I started hard core lifting and with gear have slowly brought the weight back up but this time in lean muscle. My frame was use to holding the 300 for years so I think i could get back up to 260 maybe. You can actually see a scar on my lower back if you look closely where they cut alot of skin off of me when I lost the 100 pounds. That scar runs all the way around me in a 360. When people ask about it I tell them I almost got cut in half in an elevator incident. It really freaks them out...lol.

I did something simular, when from fat to skinny to built. (only im not nearly as huge as you, but im working at it.)

You were running 100mg of tren ED??? lol no wonder you were having so many issues with sides. Just run 100mg EoD. Thats plenty.
 
looking insanely jacked man, good stuff bro, how many sets and what rep rage do u use?

On Chest day flat bench
I usually warm up with the bar a few sets and then pyramid my way up with sets of 12 until I reach my working weights then do 3 sets at working weight (405) for sets of 8 then I will drop down a wheel and rep out. I don't plan on going any higher then this other than increasing reps and dropping down and increasing my rep sets.

I do the same for my other exercises which are Dumbell Incline and dumbell Incline fly then I finish off with cable flys.
 
I have been cycled on and off for years but have been on a steady base of test and growth for the last few years. The only time I have come off of that was about 9 months ago for three months while I had hernia surgery. I usually do 2 big cycles a year then go back to my steady base of test and growth. I get my self checked and watched through my doctor and my nutritionalist consistantly. My ldl/hdl always raises while on my big cycles but then comes back down afterwards through diet and exercise and lots of omegas and krill oil.

Thanks for the picture's bro, they are truly encouraging to me.

the main thing is to be consistant. I truly never miss a workout unless it's absolutely neccesary. I always eat every few hours unless I'm in a situation where I just can't. Years of doing this has gotten me just that extra pound or two of muscle each year. Making sure I train and eat like I'm on Cycle even when I'm off. Keeping motivated by buying whatever mags or bodybuilding DVD's I never being afraid to ask questions from anyone on lifting. You can NEVER know to much!

Yeah I know Dave Fisher from the musclemags I've read, he always looked thick and fucking ripped, he suffered a few injuries if I recall due to heavy training. You are lucky to have a guy like him around!

Thanks alot Juniorsamples, that is quite the compliment. Somewhere on this thread I spoke on my diet a bit which is basically my winter eating habits. I wont start dieting down for about another month or so but only to about 9%

I read where you eat approximately 4 lbs of meat a day, but I was just wanting a more specific diet if it isn't too much trouble. Specifically, your Protein, Carbs, and Fat intake Ratios. I am very similiar to you, 6 ft 246 lbs, 43 soon to be 44,, all natural for the last 15 years but looking to do some GOOD within the next couple of months.

here is what my nutritionalist put me on to raise my metobolic rate to burn fat and still put on lean size.

First meal
pre workout
2 packs oatmeal non sweetend (use equal)
4 hardboiled egss
1 banana or apple
1tbsp natural peanut butter

2nd meal
post work out protien drink 55 grams of protien

3rd meal snack
1 banana or apple
1tbsp natural peanut butter

4th meal
2 Subway Flatbread with lean double meat oven roasted chicken no cheese no mayo no oil lots of vegetables. (1 pound of meat)

5th meal
1 banana or apple 1 tbsp natural Peanut butter

6th meal
8 oz lean meat or chicken with salad

7th meal
2 pounds fish (Halibut, talapia, or sea bass) Swordfish or Thresher has to much mercury when your eating this every night.
Fish is the easiest protin to assimilate so its good at night and is easy to digest. More green salad.

8th meal
Protien drink (55 grams of protien)
1 banana or apple
1 tbsp peanut butter

He actually worked me up to this amount of food and even abit more and I still lost fat while gaining muscle. I think I got close to 6k in calories a day. It was pretty tough to get the food down by dinner time because I was consistantly eating and the peanut butter kept the cravings away.

This is the diet I will be doing again or somthing similar to it in the next month depending on what my nutritionalist wants me to do. I have been away from him this winter but winter is almost over so it's time get serious again.

If your talking time for each meal. I basically would start right upon waking at 7am for the first meal and then workout at 8am until 945 and post workout drink at 10am then 3rd meal 45 minutes later and each meal about 2 hours in between afterwards. I own my own business so I can pretty much break and eat whenever I want. The consistant eating keeps my metabolism high. If for whatever reason you miss a meal..You eat what was in that meal with your next meal that you have. Pretty much eating two meal at once. Never skip the total food intake if you want to grow. (at least it worked for me) Seriously try to keep to schedule because eating your dinner along with the meal before it sucks and is hard to do. I would find it hard to sleep on my stomach at night sometimes just trying to get that last protien drink in me.

I too was 300ibs then I lost all the weight and dropped down to 215 then pumped up and stay around 250 to 260 for the summer then chill out for the winter to rest the body... I train but not to crazy for the winter, more like a power lifting style workout... but in the summer I just love to kill it.... Good job Bro.. keep up the great work
