Sandman, you are performing too much for your biceps. The bicep is a small muscle, so you dont have to work it out with such an exotic routine. I do 3 sets of standing barbell curls followed by 2 sets of sit-down preacher curls, that's it bro. I'm only 5'5" at 170lbs, and I have almost 18" arms. See for yourself, it works using a simple routine...
SAF is right. No need to to do long crazy routines for small muscle groups. The whole point is to fatigue the muscle. You should be able to fatigue a small muscle like the biceps within 4-8 sets.
