I wrote on your post saying that i am doing a similar cycle i have three bottles of fina that i made, one bottle of winny, and one bottle of aratest, this will be my third cycle i am running it as a cut cycle and following yhour diet i was wondering howyou think that i should run it? Also I live on campus at college where I play football its hard to eat very good i try usually I eat tuna and salads and protien shakes/ bars everyday, so i can follow your diet? I have nitro tech protien though or should I get isopure. Sorry for asking all these questions but you look huge I am 5'6 182, i am busting my ass to look close to you so if you could please respond thanks bro. Get Big Everyday

Well, I just started *seriously* dieting on Monday. I dont eat any carbs after 3:30-4PM, and I am restricting my carbs to about 125-150/day. So far, so good. I read somewhere that glutamine helps reduce sugar and carb cravings while dieting, and since I just started taking glutamine this week, that may have something to do with it. But, again, it's only been a week :D

Aside from that, I dont have any cheat days; I'm assuming you mean a "carb up" day. From the looks of my dieting results so far, I will probably need a cheat day because it's only been 5 days of dieting, and my stomach already sucked down and my abs are busting out and looking good. My waist got smaller also because my pants feel looser. I wasn't expecting to see results this quick, so I think it's very important to monitor myself on a daily basis from this point on because I dont want to suck myself down too much. Then again, I'm aiming for the lightweight class, and I'm about 170 right now, and I neee to get down to 150 for the show. I have a good feeling that some quality muscle will be lost in the process, but I have no choice because I'll get killed in the middle weights, and that's a fact. It's wiser to be the heaviest in your weight class considering you have a much better chance of winning.
