4 month progress - PICS

Well here they are. I have been trying to drop fat while keep mass and it's a slower process. Once the body fat is gone I will go on a serious bulk. Due to my injury I have had a hard time building my chest as pressing movements hurt. But, it is coming along! Thanks for all the support guys and gals!

Before was at 250lbs

After is at 230lbs

Amazing bro. A different person. Difference in weight is just 20 pounds but the difference in body composition is incredible. Congratulations!! keep going!

No and No! Well that's not true, I did some Clen and did a few 20-30 minute sessions on the treadmill. But it is mainly diet and intense sessions in the gym.
