test levels came back low coming out from comp as we pulled all injectables so slight increase in test this week.

steps changed to 9k ed and 10 minutes of high intensity cardio on rest days to help bring some blood makers back into check.

blood work came back in a very positive spot. can attribute this partly due to raptors high quality no bullshit product.

@Dr.Dolittle This is a really good setup. I'm seeing a lot of guys doing similar types of cycles, doing the testosterone and primo and then throwing in some growth hormone and GLP1
