weight has climbed and stabilised. keeping food where it is.



Changes This Week:

test levels came back low coming out from comp as we pulled all injectables so slight increase in test this week.

steps changed to 9k ed and 10 minutes of high intensity cardio on rest days to help bring some blood makers back into check.

blood work came back in a very positive spot. can attribute this partly due to raptors high quality no bullshit product.

Current PED Protocol:

  • Test E – 175 mg/week
  • Primo E – 120 mg/week
  • GH – 4 IU/day AM
  • reta 200 mcg ED AM
  • 5 amino 1MQ 150 mg / day

what is the 5amino 1mQ all about? does that help with recovery? would be interested in learning more @Dr.Dolittle
hey brother 5-Amino-1MQ enhances mitochondrial efficiency and energy output. was a staple in my prep as sleep was suffering and energy getting low my movement slowed a lot. the 5 amino really kicked me back up into gear

metabolism has caught back up, and we have seen a nice 2+kg drop from last week, so we are pushing food up a smidge to keep recovery up and keep growing through this health phase

reta dosage changed to 750 mcg twice weekly due to further research on positive effects to health markers when done in bigger initial dosages.
