Approved Log 2025 IFBB debut cycle and progress Log

2 x 15 - 20 pin loaded chest press

2 x 15 - 20 single arm d handle rows

1 x 15 - 20 pec deck

2 x 12 - 15 triceps extensions

2 x 12 - 15 dumbbell lat raises

and a little pump check of course

food is back up and we are back into training this week. not pushing things to failure but we are in the gym getting it done. good to be back and feeling healthy again.



Changes This Week:

  • good bump in calories this week
  • big drop in drugs back down to sport hrt
  • training volume reduced
  • new training split
