  • removed cardio training day after leg day to help reduce fatigue.


Current PED Protocol:

  • Test E – 350 mg/week
  • Primo E – 840 mg/week
  • GH – 8 IU/day
  • Anadrol – 50 mg on leg days
  • Clen – 80 mcg/day
  • Anavar – 20 mg/ day
