Here is an update on my meals:
8am 1 cup of oatmeal in water with two scoops of protein (proV60.. switching to 3 scoops of ultra size)
10am 8oz chicken or lean beef with veggies
noon 8oz chicken or lean beef with veggies
3pm 8oz chicken or lean beef with veggies
6pm PWO shake. Myoplex (switching to 2 scoops of mass maker next month)
8pm 10oz chicken or lean beef with veggies
10pm 2 scoops ProV 60 with 2 tspns of ANPB
* After talking with QS's Sister I am going to remove one whole food meal and replace it with a shake with some anpb. It will get my body more carbs, protein and quality fats (body uses them like carbs). I think my 3pm meal would be best suited for that.
At some point I am also going to take 4 Ultra 40 and 4 Mass Aminos with each meal. I will also be adding in 8 Muscle Synergy twice a day.
I took these last night. They are not that great. I think using the flash washed a lot out. I will try again without the flash when I get my bodyfat test done.
