I Have Been Thinking Of Doing The Gear For Years Now,and Watching My Mates Grow On The Stuff Its Pretty Tempting. Im 5'9 154lbs And 16 Percent Body Fat.im A Pretty Good Gainer On Muscle As It Is And People At Work Think Im On Gear Already.thing Is I Dont Wanna Get Huge, Just Wanna Put Some Size On And Harden Up.i Have Longed For The Ripped Look For Years Now And I Want Advice On What Roid To Use. I Train 5 Times A Week,3 Cardio Sessions In Ther As Im Triyng To Shred The Bits Of Fat On Me.i Have Got The Eca's And Using Them At The Moment.i Have Done A Lot Of Reading On This Site And I Cant Make My Mind Up. Winny Seems To Bad On The Sides As I Have Knee Probs,also The Hair Loss Shit Is Bad Cos My Dad Is Bold!haha .plus Im Shit Scared Of Gyno!2 Of My Friends Have Bitch Tits And The Look Fucked Up. Your Help Would Be Immense

my diet is 5 small meals a day.complex carbs and 160g of protein a day. i have 2 optimum nutrition shakes and the rest of the protein comes from chicken,turkey and fish.im eating every 2nd a half to 3 hours,last meal at 6pm.should i go low on the carbs for the last meal?i seem to gain fat easy.
 
@5'9 154lbs,it doesn't sound like you should be doing much cardio at all bro,if you actually want to put on muscle that is.

your comment "im A Pretty Good Gainer On Muscle As It Is" is pretty questionable,no offense meant.I would stick with training heavy,
and increasing your food intake before even thinking about gear.
