14 months after results

This is non related, but how do I get my old handle back after a year of inactivity?

I'm posting this because I was interested in reading how people lost/maintained weight and strength after cycles, and what they're training was like. It describes my 14 month journey from heavy lifting, after my second cycle, to basically no lifting due to injury which lead to another lifestyle.

Anyways, so my last stats that were taken were 14 months ago now. I have written down 5'6 185 at 11%. That was, if I remember, about a month after I stopped my cycle. I had 500mg Sust/8 weeks, followed by a proper post cycle. My bench was around 295x3 (I never got to 300 dammit), squats were at 425x8 (a few months after my knee gave out) and my beloved shoulders were at 110x8 w/DB. Those were the good damn days, regardless of whether people thought I was too bulky.

So over the next few months I kept training very hard, without rest. I probably didn't have a good 1 week break for a year. I went into a cutting cycle after I was done with my post cycle, and hurt my knee. That cut out leg workouts, more or less, and (I was taking my MSM, Gluco/Chond during all this time), and when I thought my knee had healed, I hurt it again doing light squats. It finally healed, and I went into snowboarding season to hurt my shoulder. So, in those next 9 months, I lifted seriously about 4 weeks.

I've been lifting a measly 1x week now, and for fun, I did some heavy reps and estimated what my max should be at. My bench is probably around 225. My DB shoulder press is around 85. My squats...I didn't do. I'm down to 160 at 9% and feel I've stabilized. So, I've ended up about 8 lbs heavier than my natural weight, and stronger. I feel like I could easily gain 5-8 lbs naturally, which would boost me up to where I was after my first cycle. I may in the future, but right now I really can't afford to commit any more time to rehab, or my body breaking again. It only heals so many times.

There's no real point to this but I thought someone might have a good read off of it. And I'm bored as hell.
