Today felt heavy until I got though the first couple sets. Increased working sets on deadlifts by 40 lbs this week. Will do the same next week and the week after. Next week I expect things to change when week 3 of my stack starts hitting. I might also start taking creatine again as I think I will be way below the 242 weight cap on comp day. I can always carb deplete with the wife while she is doing to make weight. Ok everyone have a good week ahead. TIme to kill the upper body tomorrow. Get Strong AF!!!
