Sitting around 94.8 kg. Down about a kg from last week. Calories have been around 2300 with flexibility.
Training
Training has been good. I'm enjoying the lower reps higher weights. I will be lowering the reps and sets from 5-4 this coming week. Will implement a deload in the coming weeks.
