Little update from me again,

Weight is sitting around the 103.5kg avg and conditions holding relatively ok

Feeling softer but also a lot bigger than I ever have which is awesome! Strength is an all time high

Also a nice little comparison, here’s me in April this year vs now, exactly the SAME weight!

Food hasn’t changed as weight is trending up nicely

PEDS however, had a little increase this week to 750mg total load

Will update again once coach feedback is received, most likely there won’t be a change this week, maybe food if anything.

Tightened up a little this week in my opinion and training has been awesome.

There’s about 8 weeks left till I begin prep, I’m hoping to squeeze another total 3kgs on, ideally 1-1.5kg of that being muscle but that’s best case scenario haha

Morning,

Apologies for not posting last week, I ended up travelling and completely forgot to upload, my weight basically maintained that week, coach said we wouldn’t push food anymore as there’s only 5ish weeks till prep and he likes my condition.

This week, weighed in at 105kg, definitely enjoyed dads homemade pizza and pancakes on the weekend clearly 🤣

Definitely more watery and inflamed this week but overall I’m not too disappointed with how my composition is holding at this weight. Drastically different shape and condition to earlier this year at the same weight.

Definitely need a significant more amount of muscle before I attempt the “crab” most muscular 🤣

Training wise everything has been going so well. I even finally attempted 3 plates per side on my smith machine RDLs and felt amazing, I had a minor hamstring tear at the start of the year before posting on here so feels good to move some weight again. When I tore it I was running 4pps for my RDLs, so I’ll increase little by little every 2-3 weeks till I’m back there pain free and without being terrified of tearing it again.

Another thing I changed recently was removing melatonin from my daily regimen, as I noticed a massive difference without it and would like to not be dependent on something that’s been recently banned in Australia

Food sitting at the same 3220 cals roughly.
I probably will gain a little bit more body fat in the coming month due to a few major events, but that’s alright, will be peeled af again soon enough haha
