Happy with this overall considering all circumstances, have been flying all over the country with clients competing in bodybuilding shows and under the weather a bit and stress and sleep not in an ideal place.
Coach is happy still and looking like still trying to drive bodyweight up more as I’m still awfully peeled and that will be contributing to fatigue and my body not handling the stress, another 50 carb added this week. Actually not super super hungry as I’m running quiet high volume foods and the RETA from
@Raptor Labs is fkn top stuff has crushed appitite enough for it to be so controllable.
Keen to see bloods in a week or two as soon as fatigue levels are managed to also see what the RETA is doing to help that as I’ve read lots of studies and seen first hand what it does to bloods too.
Training is still RPE 8 but I’m getting increasingly keen by the day to start sending it so keen for that to come around.
