Solid training this week, felt strong every day and every lift, feel like I have more energy even during the day at work since introducing the EQ - despite bringing the food down even lower again this week to really dial in the home stretch of the tidy up. Pumps were looking juicy and I was getting a few more reps out in top sets than in previous weeks

As stated above brought the food down this week fasting after dinner through until morning tea at 10pm, just having EAAs in the morning for breakfast. Consiquence of removing a meal meant less protein for the day but still kept it at more than 2g per kg

Ramped up doses starting this week to 450mg Test and 300mg EQ, pinned daily (65mg test and 43mg EQ)
