Good training this week, good weights on the lifts. Starting to add some cardio in each day at the gym, will aim for 20mins every other day this week.

Food was a little off this week, still trying a few things out so i'm not snacking on random food throughout the day. 2x chicken and rice during the day has been good with the light dinner. Increased the protein up from 180ish to 215ish, probably was sitting a little low.

been too lazy, starting to add cardio in again aiming at 20-30 mins a day 5ish times a week
going to buy a bike for at home. got me so much leaner last time. still fucking around with the food and now i'm here.
its leaner, but, i'm doing a cheat meal once a week so itll balance out. opposed to doing a little mini cheat meal every second day.

keeping the food in the front half of the day, when i am hungriest and makes my workouts better
