Big thank you to Sassy for sending through the healing stack so fast. Started it last night will be running for a little while I recover. Hamstring is getting better, just as I got back into training and the bike I ended up getting sick as a dog. So barely trained in 2 weeks now.
Been good on the food tho, which is great.
Mid week may be able to start training again. Food and macros staying the same, cheat meals once a week.
Hopefully next week will be more positive
