so have I. Luckily nothing I have backed as come and went to fast, and most of it all is still good shit now. Not that I would care it its not. I am all about advancement.

I hate them places still selling and avicing the same shit now as they were in 2005. I mean hello people come up with something new. ATD was sooo 2003 and we all know its shit now.

One thing I find odd is that overall Nelson offers sound advice and advocates low(er) doses for an overall healthy lifestyle, yet gets attacked as a heretic. Meanwhile, guys advocating mega-doses which could cause harm to the HPTA, amongst other things, skate by with no comments... Go figure.

Just wanted to say that it is very true about Nelson and also ND2. Top notch guys who do not blow smoke at you, they tell you there is real fire or not. thats the way it should be and alot of forums I have been on, you can really tell the diffrence in the "wanna be's" and the "real McCoys"!!! Really grateful for guys like this who care about the EF community and others. Have a wonderful start to your week!!

At my age that is saying a lot.

The best part of it is that the three of us have butted heads on our ideas, thoughts, etc and done it in a respectable and honorable way. I may have wanted to choke them out a couple of times, and I am sure they have felt the same, but we have all sat on our hands, STFU and tried to learn something from each other.

I'm sure that pretty soon I will get them to understand that I do in fact know everything.
