On new role.

On just a sports TRT / mini at the moment
Really wish I was blasting but taking some time here and while work has been hectic along with family life it’s a good thing on not blasting as wouldn’t be getting the most out of it

Taking some Nolvadex at the moment to clear some small gyno

Skipped my lunch break today to get in this afternoon, because if I go home I get the handball receive of the kids and nights fckd
To which I did and took them to an indoor play centre my legs weren’t cooperating trying to climb up and down shit.

Happy with my hack squats that’s a pb for reps x 2 . Might go 200kg first set next leg day.
