Sorry for the lack of updates! Work has been a killer AND I blew out my back Monday night. I have a bulged disc and re-aggravated the injury.
So, 209 this morning. Muscles are more full, BF% may be down a little, but I did not measure it before I started the cycle. Definitely feel much stronger and more aggressive during MT training. Punches and kicks have a lot more snap. Recovery is still through the roof, which is what matters most to me. Last week I was able to train all out for 3 days in a row, which I haven't been able to do in years.
I have had some minor teste aches, but other than that no noticeable sides. And even the aches I am not 100% sure are from the Epi, although I have never had them before. Not painful really, just more of a dull ache. No trouble with erections or anything else. Appetite is good most of the time, although I am getting a little sick of the chicken!
After reading some responses in this thread I am considering lengthening the cycle to 5 weeks. We will see how my back holds up. If I am not going to be able to train, I may just shut this cycle down right now so I can go full force when I am healed up. I did purchase 4 more bottles for future use, LOL.
