Epi-Strong Log

I received my Epi-Strong today and I will be starting my cycle on it tomorrow. I wanted to keep a log to try and keep track of how I am feeling and my results. Also, I hope this will be of use to others.

Background:
34 years old, a lot of conditioning work (Muay Thai, non-competitive)
6'2", 195 this morning
First cycle

Along with the normal supps (fish oil, multi, etc), this is what my cycle looks like:

Epi-Strong - 1 cap 3 times/day (45mg total)
Forged Liver - 1 cap twice/day.
PCT - Forged 2 caps/day AM.

Any thoughts/critiques welcome. All I know is I am happy Costco has cheap chicken breasts! :evil:
 
OK, only four days, but I was at 203 this morning. Weight is not my primary concern though. More interested in strength/recovery increase. I am taking in about 300g protein/day right now. If I see a pheasant on the road, I run it over and eat it! Zero grains, all carbs from raw veggies. About 1 1/2 - 2 gallons water per day.

I feel much stronger, lifts seem easier (could be placebo). But, my recovery is MUCH faster. That is not placebo because this is the only major change in my routine (except for extra protein). I especially noticed it after Muay Thai class on Wednesday night. I am usually pretty sore after I give 110% (it sucks getting old!), but I felt great Thursday morning, especially in my legs. So far, so good. Just wanted to give you guys an update. I will keep you in the loop!

Shit, just read my OP, should have been 199 not 195. Sorry about that. So no, not 8 lbs in 4 days! But, it has been 1 lb/day thus far.
 
Nice dude! Yeah Muay Tai is no joke on the body! Congrats on the log, I got one too. You should check it out and chime in. I could use some good bros' knowledge! Good luck with everything!
