Well, sadly this run has come to an end. Weight this morning = 211. So, 12 lbs total. No bloat and I am sure that my bf% decreased just based on looks. I have to be honest, I kind of dropped my caloric intake at the end of the run because I was nit able to work as hard as I wanted to due to my back (which is a whole other subject). I think my next run will be even more "epic." I am pretty depressed right now over the spine issues.
All in all, I am very happy with the results.
Pros:
Price
Strength and recovery through the roof
Very much focused, even at work
Minimal sides
"Alpha" feeling (was posted earlier in the thread, but is totally true)
Aggression increase, but not "too much" (At 34, I can't just tell my boss what I think of him, so it was a good balance)
Sex drive minimally diminished (no problems with "wood" but I thought about sex less)
Appetite was great
Sides: (although minimal, worth mentioning)
Acne increased (minimally)
Balls ached off and on a bit, again I can't fully place this on the Epi, but has never happened to me before
I am glad that I purchased some more for the future. I hope this log helped, I will try to remember to bump this after PCT to see where I am at weight wise. I probably have different goals than some of you fitness wise, but I would recommend this to anyone that is even slightly interested in trying it.
