Epi-Strong Log

Sorry for the lack of updates! Work has been a killer AND I blew out my back Monday night. I have a bulged disc and re-aggravated the injury.

So, 209 this morning. Muscles are more full, BF% may be down a little, but I did not measure it before I started the cycle. Definitely feel much stronger and more aggressive during MT training. Punches and kicks have a lot more snap. Recovery is still through the roof, which is what matters most to me. Last week I was able to train all out for 3 days in a row, which I haven't been able to do in years.

I have had some minor teste aches, but other than that no noticeable sides. And even the aches I am not 100% sure are from the Epi, although I have never had them before. Not painful really, just more of a dull ache. No trouble with erections or anything else. Appetite is good most of the time, although I am getting a little sick of the chicken!

After reading some responses in this thread I am considering lengthening the cycle to 5 weeks. We will see how my back holds up. If I am not going to be able to train, I may just shut this cycle down right now so I can go full force when I am healed up. I did purchase 4 more bottles for future use, LOL.

damn bro, sorry to hear about the back. i deal with the same thing and i know how frustrating it can be when you have to take time off training because of it.

Amen! Been down many times for the same thing. I get more careful with age but it's still easy to aggravate!

I am going to finish the cycle as it stands right now and not add to it (4 weeks total). The back is better, thanks for asking. I went to the chiro a few times and I am able to resume some physical activity. I just can't go as hard as I want to. I am going to get an MRI tonight though. I have been dealing with this bulging disc for about 8 years and I am going to see what can be done about it!

So, 210 this morning. I am getting a little acne near my hairline. Just FYI, I had a lot of problems with cystic acne during adolescence. Still feel good! My lips are super chapped, which I assume is due to me slacking a little on water intake. Will update tomorrow after my workout!

BTW, if there are questions that I am not answering that would be helpful to you guys, please feel free to ask and I will answer honestly as best as I can.
 
Yeah, I agree. It can prolly net 10-15 as a solo on a clean bulk. Havoc can add 10. But this has higher serving and potency, so im not surprised.
 
Awesome results... hoping to get the same, just ordered my first bottle of Epi....

I'm curious if anyone with gyno has tried Epi, as I've read this stuff helps reduce gyno as well.

I've tried Beastdrol before... the stuff KICKS ASS in strength, mass, and vascularity....and I'm a skeptic... it was a bit much for me with the sides though... but I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
