Thanks, will add everything but the protein shakes for now, probably have to wait a week to get it.

The junk food is just extra calories for me until I get my protein/set diet.

I consider junk food to be candy/soda

Food that isnt the best but will work are ritz crackers, proetin bars, etc.

Best food is meat, sweet potatoes, ANPB, milk
Cool stuff man. Protein shakes have always been an easy and efficient way of getting in the protein and cals. Chicken breast and real food are best, but protein shakes are so easy and cheap. Plus, if you get a nice flavor you like, it can satisfy a sweet tooth and almost be like a desert.

grind up oats in a coffee grinder and add it to yr shake. That's what I used to do in college.
better than a bar or ritz.
 
diets looking good Keep refining as you get tired of a certain item, the Gatorade and juice (100 percent juice)is a good thing esp. after a work out because it will cause a larger and faster insulin release which is essential to build muscle and for energy (ATP) to be produced to be used , also Gatorade is a balance electrolyte BTW pics good low Bf you look bigger than your weight ! watchin the log for sure post large before pics if you can !
 
LOL i just went shopping heres what I got

chicken
tuna
milk
eggs
sweet potatoes
broccoli
cottage cheese
apple juice (instead of gatorade)
mayo (for chicken/tuna)

I forgot oatmeal, carrots and egg whites!

I will post pics this weekend gear63! Thanks for the support and advice, without you guys I wouldnt have gone to the store to buy everything that I need. Diet is #1, sometimes that slips my mind.

BUT, people do freak out over diets if its not 100% perfect. People done understand that just because it is not perfect, doesnt mean it wont work. Of course for maximum muscle gain, you want the perfect diet. But, I dont need maximum muscle gain. I will be happy with what I get, im not going to stress out over eating a granola bar or some ritz crackers. I just wont make those the base of my diet. I do appreciate all the advice though, not trying to be a dick to anyone who gave me advice.

Im getting married in June and thats when I will be able to buy everything I want along with my wife, and she can help me cook, etc. It will be a lot easier!

NICE congrats on the plung! put a ring on it ! by the way basa is a white fish that has a very low fat cholesterol rating just a thing i recently started to pick up and if your cooking at home its going to be balanced and well portioned meal I wish i could have a personal chef and endless new ingredients! can you feel the dbol yet?
