First Cycle Log --- Test/Dbol/Tren

Edit: just noticed it is the PH version of Tren....makes all the difference in the world, but I still think a test only cycle is the way to go for a first timer...


Ive taken dbol only for a couple weeks, and ive taken the tren PH before, so Ill be fine. IM not going to cycle every year either, maybe one every 2-3 years
 
I dont have whey protein, whats the best source of protein for post w/o?


If I may comment.....Did you rush into this cycle? I am not trying to be rude, because you at least got the gear in a good cycle for a beginner- albeit maybe a little over kill. But it doesn't seem like you really know how/what your going to diet. I suggest a crash course in nutrition in about an hour on the internet. I always feel that the best post w/o protein is a shake- so dunno what to tell you here.

100 percent juice is a great carbohyrate (35 g per 8 oz)choice with no fat! your post work out meal should have 100 carbs and 50 grams protein Its the most important meal of the day! oh yeah nothing wrong with mac and cheese besides the cheese being processed s*** its still an okay carb choice especially is you get whole grain mac!

granola bar and 5 ritz is not a meal its a snack you could have between meals! Here an ex. meal 1 : 1 cup of egg whites (equal to about 6 eggs)with 2 oz. cheese,2 cups milk,bagel or peanutbutter toast and a yogurt this gives you about 75 g protein 100 carbs and low fat!

Heres my edited diet (again)

wake up: 2 cups milk
cardio
meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup milk, 3 eggs
meal 2: 8 oz chicken, 1 potatoe, broccoli, 2 tbsp ANPB
meal 3: 1 can chicken, 1 apple
meal 4: 1 cup egg whites, 2oz cheese, 2 cups milk, WW bagel w/ PB
work out
POST W/O: gatorade, apple juice, PROTEIN SOURCE (40-50g)
meal 5: 8 oz meat, 1 potatoe
Meal 6: 2 tbsp ANPB, 1 can tuna, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup milk
Meal 7:1 cup cottage cheese

Snacks: Peanuts, apricot seeds (laetrile, B-17), carrots/broccoli

so it's NOT you're first cycle...why would you say it is if you've cycled before?!? :confused:
 
At 21 yrs and 175lbs that seems a little to early. You can grow alot more naturally. I know you want the quick gains in strength in size and I feel ya on that, believe me. I took a cycle or two when I was younger than you and really wish I didnt. I have always regreted doing that.
I went about 6 years being natural and have gotten up to 200lbs @ about 12% bf natural. Now I'm saucing because I have been the same size and strength for a while. Just my 2 cents

wake up: 2 cups milk Instead, skim milk with 2 scoops of Whey Protein (50 grams) and mixed with a 1/2 cup of oatmeal in a blender and maybe a banana if you want.
cardio
meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup milk, 3 eggs 1 cup oatmeal, 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg in an omelette.
meal 2: 8 oz chicken, 1 potatoe, broccoli, 2 tbsp ANPB Sounds good but have the sweet potato/yam so it's a complex carb, plus like NeedTo said, it tastes better ;)
meal 3: 1 can chicken, 1 apple and some brown rice or another sweet potato since you need a carb.
meal 4: 1 cup egg whites, 2oz cheese, 2 cups milk, WW bagel w/ PB you can clean this up a bit, maybe drop the cheeze and forget the 2 cups of milk and have a protein shake instead. you are bulking so why not?
work out
POST W/O: gatorade, apple juice, PROTEIN SOURCE (40-50g) you should get some carbs in there too. Maybe a 50gram protein shake with some oatmeal in it. Also, the gatorade and apple juice combo may be a bit much?
meal 5: 8 oz meat, 1 potatoe if you can have a chicken breast, that is best. also, substitute potatoe for a sweet potato/yam
Meal 6: 2 tbsp ANPB, 1 can tuna, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup milk cool cool
Meal 7:1 cup cottage cheese cottage cheese and wash it down with a casein shake

Snacks: Peanuts, apricot seeds (laetrile, B-17), carrots/broccoli

I put my thoughts in blue. I gained about 30-35lbs eating this way on my 8 week 250mg Test E, 200mg Deca cycle. I kept about 25 lbs of it. Bulking means you need to eat a TON of protein and complex carbs. But eating junk food or things that don't contribute much to msucle building will get you fat and you don't want that man.

Weight wise I might seem small, but strength wise Im ready. I dont go by body weight. 175 on scale but I look 190.

Like I said I am only going to cycle once every 2-3 years, thx for the comment tho bro

My diet is set, but im all over the place right now so I am not currently following it.

I probably did rush it a little, I was just so excited once i got the test vial and that was all I needed lol.

Im happy with what I did though. I have a good PCT and am getting bloodwork, also taking a bunch of supps. I will be picking up whey protein shortly.

Thanks, will add everything but the protein shakes for now, probably have to wait a week to get it.

The junk food is just extra calories for me until I get my protein/set diet.

I consider junk food to be candy/soda

Food that isnt the best but will work are ritz crackers, proetin bars, etc.

Best food is meat, sweet potatoes, ANPB, milk
