Whats up everybody, im making a log of my first cycle, test/dbol/tren :evil::evil::evil:

Here are my stats first
Age: 21
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 175
BF%: 10%


Cycle looks like this
Test 500mg week 1-10
Dbol 30mg week 1-4
Tren (PH) week 8-11

Clomid 25mg week 12-15
Nolva 10mg week 12-15

Also have aromasin on hand.


I took my first injection today, 250mg test! 250mg every Monday/Thursday.
Its working great so far already added 1 inch to my arms and 10lbs on bench :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin: jk

WORKOUT
I didnt work out that much, only for about 15 minutes. Just did a couple quick sets

DB Press
-80 x 15
-100 x 8

Weighted Dips
-80lb + bodyweight x 10

DIET
Basically my diet wasnt great because i had no idea I was starting my cycle today! But it is a bulking diet until week 8

Meal 1: 2 cups honey bunches of oats, 3 cups milk, 650 calories
Meal 3: 1 bag popcorn w/ butter, 400 calories
Meal 4: 1 piece pizza, 200 calories
Meal 5: Chicken w/ mayo, 480 calories
Meal 6: Salted peanuts, 900 calories
Total: 2,630
LOL just looking at this diet makes me fatter! But again I didnt know I was gonna be starting today, I am going to be eating a lot cleaner.

the tren-tfo may be a bit overkill, but it is a first cycle and that is exactly what I did for my first (sans the tren of course). except I ran the test 12 weeks and the dbol 6 weeks.
What's your 'real' diet look like??

are you planning on staying below 3000 cals. can you gain with that? says on your profile you want fighting advice what style? best workouts for MMA is high explosive moves like jerks, cleans and snatchs CARDIO good luck! how are your macros ? i would eat meals 4and 5 together still not enough try for 750-1000 calories a meal! 5 times a day more protein!
 
you can make gains on 2500 cals. you don't need 6000 cals to gain lbm. That's how u gain fat.
300 grams protein is 1200 cals. so the other 1800, 2800, will come from carbs and fats.

I plan on eating anything I can the first 8 weeks, then cutting it down the last 4 weeks and running more.

As far as MMA I am going to a Muay thai kickboxing meeting next week and he said its great for beginners! I will include cleansm jerks, cardio later in the cycle I want mass for the first 8 weeks..

Im trying to get 4000kcal a day!

MUCH better like the updated diet for sure !390 protein * ) Sometimes I can average 400+ carbs for a good week or more ( got a device that keeps all my diets calculated for me) and seriously get 5LBM off cycle, Carbs are good!

Just wanted to see where I was in all these lifts. I have not been working out consistently (only 2 days a week for the last 2 months).

DIET

meal 1: 1 cup milk, 1.5 cups honey bunches of oats
meal 2: 3 eggs, 2 pieces ww bread, 4 tbsp PB, 2 cups milk
meal 3: chewy granola bar, 5 ritz crackers
POST W/O: 2 protein bars, 5 ritz crackers
meal 4: mac and cheese, butter/milk, 10 ritz crackers

Total calories = 2,960


I felt good to be in the gym again with barbells (one ive been using only has DB's). My diet is still off because im living at my brothers, was happy to eat eggs today though with toast/peanut butter and milk, not too bad!

One question - are these bad things to eat?

Popcorn w/ butter
macaroni and cheese
ritz crackers
protein bars

Im looking for mass for the first 8 weeks, so im just counting calories. Im only 21 too so i dont put on fat easy.

protein bars get better bars from needto.
mac and cheese yes bad, granola bar? yes bad.
stick with eggs, chicken, steak, turkey and fish for a base. protein powder only when necessry!

Your post workout plan is no good. Broccoli and a banana?
You should go with a 32oz gatorade or waxy maize, 10-15 minutes later about 50-60g whey protein w/ creatine (optional). Then the 8 oz meat about 1-1/2 hours later.
Before bed is pretty good, maybe seperate the tuna and cottage cheese into 2 meals

Edit: just noticed it is the PH version of Tren....makes all the difference in the world, but I still think a test only cycle is the way to go for a first timer...

granola bar and 5 ritz is not a meal its a snack you could have between meals! Here an ex. meal 1 : 1 cup of egg whites (equal to about 6 eggs)with 2 oz. cheese,2 cups milk,bagel or peanutbutter toast and a yogurt this gives you about 75 g protein 100 carbs and low fat!

Ive taken dbol only for a couple weeks, and ive taken the tren PH before, so Ill be fine. IM not going to cycle every year either, maybe one every 2-3 years

If I may comment.....Did you rush into this cycle? I am not trying to be rude, because you at least got the gear in a good cycle for a beginner- albeit maybe a little over kill. But it doesn't seem like you really know how/what your going to diet. I suggest a crash course in nutrition in about an hour on the internet. I always feel that the best post w/o protein is a shake- so dunno what to tell you here.

At 21 yrs and 175lbs that seems a little to early. You can grow alot more naturally. I know you want the quick gains in strength in size and I feel ya on that, believe me. I took a cycle or two when I was younger than you and really wish I didnt. I have always regreted doing that.
I went about 6 years being natural and have gotten up to 200lbs @ about 12% bf natural. Now I'm saucing because I have been the same size and strength for a while. Just my 2 cents

wake up: 2 cups milk Instead, skim milk with 2 scoops of Whey Protein (50 grams) and mixed with a 1/2 cup of oatmeal in a blender and maybe a banana if you want.
cardio
meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup milk, 3 eggs 1 cup oatmeal, 7 egg whites, 1 whole egg in an omelette.
meal 2: 8 oz chicken, 1 potatoe, broccoli, 2 tbsp ANPB Sounds good but have the sweet potato/yam so it's a complex carb, plus like NeedTo said, it tastes better ;)
meal 3: 1 can chicken, 1 apple and some brown rice or another sweet potato since you need a carb.
meal 4: 1 cup egg whites, 2oz cheese, 2 cups milk, WW bagel w/ PB you can clean this up a bit, maybe drop the cheeze and forget the 2 cups of milk and have a protein shake instead. you are bulking so why not?
work out
POST W/O: gatorade, apple juice, PROTEIN SOURCE (40-50g) you should get some carbs in there too. Maybe a 50gram protein shake with some oatmeal in it. Also, the gatorade and apple juice combo may be a bit much?
meal 5: 8 oz meat, 1 potatoe if you can have a chicken breast, that is best. also, substitute potatoe for a sweet potato/yam
Meal 6: 2 tbsp ANPB, 1 can tuna, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 cup milk cool cool
Meal 7:1 cup cottage cheese cottage cheese and wash it down with a casein shake

Snacks: Peanuts, apricot seeds (laetrile, B-17), carrots/broccoli

I put my thoughts in blue. I gained about 30-35lbs eating this way on my 8 week 250mg Test E, 200mg Deca cycle. I kept about 25 lbs of it. Bulking means you need to eat a TON of protein and complex carbs. But eating junk food or things that don't contribute much to msucle building will get you fat and you don't want that man.

Weight wise I might seem small, but strength wise Im ready. I dont go by body weight. 175 on scale but I look 190.

My diet is set, but im all over the place right now so I am not currently following it.

I probably did rush it a little, I was just so excited once i got the test vial and that was all I needed lol.

Im happy with what I did though. I have a good PCT and am getting bloodwork, also taking a bunch of supps. I will be picking up whey protein shortly.

Cool stuff man. Protein shakes have always been an easy and efficient way of getting in the protein and cals. Chicken breast and real food are best, but protein shakes are so easy and cheap. Plus, if you get a nice flavor you like, it can satisfy a sweet tooth and almost be like a desert.

grind up oats in a coffee grinder and add it to yr shake. That's what I used to do in college.
better than a bar or ritz.
 
diets looking good Keep refining as you get tired of a certain item, the Gatorade and juice (100 percent juice)is a good thing esp. after a work out because it will cause a larger and faster insulin release which is essential to build muscle and for energy (ATP) to be produced to be used , also Gatorade is a balance electrolyte BTW pics good low Bf you look bigger than your weight ! watchin the log for sure post large before pics if you can !

I will post pics this weekend gear63! Thanks for the support and advice, without you guys I wouldnt have gone to the store to buy everything that I need. Diet is #1, sometimes that slips my mind.

BUT, people do freak out over diets if its not 100% perfect. People done understand that just because it is not perfect, doesnt mean it wont work. Of course for maximum muscle gain, you want the perfect diet. But, I dont need maximum muscle gain. I will be happy with what I get, im not going to stress out over eating a granola bar or some ritz crackers. I just wont make those the base of my diet. I do appreciate all the advice though, not trying to be a dick to anyone who gave me advice.

Im getting married in June and thats when I will be able to buy everything I want along with my wife, and she can help me cook, etc. It will be a lot easier!

NICE congrats on the plung! put a ring on it ! by the way basa is a white fish that has a very low fat cholesterol rating just a thing i recently started to pick up and if your cooking at home its going to be balanced and well portioned meal I wish i could have a personal chef and endless new ingredients! can you feel the dbol yet?

Ill look into basa when we move in together, she loves fish too. I only like tuna/salmon, but really havent tried other fish. Especially with the seasonings you can put on it, I bet its yummy :chomp:

Cant say I feel the dbol, have been taking 10mg 3x a day. Im not weighing myself until next Monday anyway. Im taking today off for working out, tmr ill take 20mg pre w/o and let you know!
 
if you like ritz .. get some haddock and get a roll of whole wheat ritz. grind them up and add in some melted butter, put that on top of the haddock, bake for 30 mins on 350. Add some lemon juice and bam! So good!

Wondering if working out my abs on off days would make my CNS not recover? Dont want to overtrain

DIET

meal 1: 2 packets instant oatmeal, 1/2 cup milk, 5 ritz crackers
Snack: granola bar
meal 2: 1 can chicken, 1.5 tbsp mayo, 1 cup apple juice, 1 cup milk, 5 ritz crackers
Snack: Protein bar
meal 3: 2 cups milk, 1 can tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 sweet potatoe w/ butter, 1 cup apple juice, 5 ritz
Snack: 1/2 cup assorted nuts
meal 4: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 tbsp PB, 1 cup milk

Total calories = 3,190

Only 198g Protein, Im thinking I need they whey so a couple shakes would bring it up around 300g.


Feeling good, pumped, waiting for the test to kick in but Im on my dbol so Im being patient :biggrin:
 
hmm your diet feels alittle off to me. i would say to clean it up a bit and eat more complete meals.
like:35-60 grams of protien per meal
40-60 grams of low glysemic carbs except post workout
and ten grams of good fats like the npb and nuts.
i think you see better results with cleaner more complete meals bro:)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that the classic oats was better than the instant oats. Not putting what what you're doing at all. You've made allot of progress with your diet. If this isn't true im prolly gonna make a trip to the store cause the classic oats suxxxxxxxx!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW looking good bro.

brown rice. I add a lot of lemon juice while it's boiling to add flavor. Oats with fruit mixed in is great. little splenda and it's beter than the instant.
sweet potatoe's with cinnamon and some splenda works also.
whole grains bread or sprouted grain bread is low glycemic also.
great for sangwiches.

You can make oats taste good bro. Like sweed said, add some splenda. You can make it with milk instead of water. What I do is I just put chocolate whey protein powder, oats, and skim milk in a bowl, mix it up a bix, cook it and I got chocolate oatmeal :cool: love it!

A shake with protein powder and oats is usually delicious too.

Brown rice is great stuff. Like i said before, cereals are processed so it's not THE GREATEST thing BUT, I used it during my bulking and loved it. Just get cereals that look healthy, ya know? That was the bomb and loaded with protein and my carbs. Maybe some diet gurus can chime in though. Food is your friend, bro. Eat away! :chomp:

Again, I am no guru...but since it is your first cycle (real cycle) I'd go bulk! Pack on as much muscle as possible while you still can man. If you keep your diet CLEAN but eat A LOT, you won't get fat. Just JACKED :evil:

Im already around 10% BF, and if I keep eating eggs/sweet potatoes/milk/oats/chicken I shouldnt go up too far. The test should utilize all my protein and not store it as fat . I have no idea if thats true just makes sense:confused:

Anyway I should probably run once a week too just to stay in shape, keep the 6 pack. Thanks for all the advice brotha!

What were your before and after stats after your first cycle?
 
9 or 12 grain bread is fine, but the absolute best for you is sprouted grain bread. You can find that more in the natural/organic section of the grocery.
 
yeah i never really looked at milk as a direct protien source. more of just an add on to what im already eating. stick with whole foods
 
thats good. try to get 6 to 8oz of meat. yeah i like cottage cheese too but i only eat at night. i feel like it smoothes me out a bit if i eat it too much in the day. buts its great before bed cause its mostly casien protien. just keep pounding the food bro. im actually gonna be starting a cycle soon and loggin it on here.

All in all I had a great workout, my strength is down a little but not too bad. My back is my weakest area. Ill either be doing Legs tomorrow, or OFF. Then CHEST next time around.

My first ever cycle was 5 weeks of 25mg Var e/d but that doesn't really count lol.

9 week cycle 250mg Test E and 200mg Deca
5'11.5, 183lbs. Went up to 213 by week 9. Down to around 206 after all is said and done. I cut up with ECA, diet, and cardio and got to around or under 10%bf at 199lbs. I am now on cycle again and at 205lbs and have to be under 10%. Your age.

Keep it up man. You should start loving the results as long as your workouts are intense and you keep feeding your muscles. :cool:

Yeah I did ECA right after PCT.
I saw pretty good results within a few short weeks, plus it gave me an energy spike that was nice since I was natural.

I love ECA.

And dude, please clean up your diet. With all that sodium, you are gonna get bloated up on water weight. If you know you are gonna be out, do your best to go prepared. Protein bars and pre-made shakes aren't the greatest, but if it's all you got, bring enough so you can get your 2/3 hour requirement. Comon man! It's your first cycle. You want it done right :cool:

Im trying to be clean as possible , the sodium doesnt really affect my BP thats why I dont care, and its easy for me to make. I just got my whey too, so im having more like 300g a day of protein now.

The sodium is going to give you bloat. Especially with the dbol.

This is not a flame bro, but your diet is horrible. You should have had the diet nailed before turning to aas imo. It's too late to go back, but you should really clean it up.

No more excuses! Ill have my diet pinpoint on from now on, its my body right? Need to treat it right. How often should i have a cheat meal?

I took 20mg Dbol before w/o and my legs have never been so pumped! Not a whole lot of sets but my legs were done. Im listening to my body.

Just a side note, I broke my leg in October and it has healed. The fracture now has a callas, however during the squats there was a *LITTLE* pain. This is also the first time I have worked out legs hard in about 8 months.

Should I lower the weight and focus on low ass to the ground reps for about 15,20 reps? Will that still build nice strength and size?

I just dont want my leg to collapse one day because its probably already bad enough working out legs without being on AAS due to the broken leg, i feel like my leg will get too strong for my tendons/ligaments

Start Taurine because that leg Pump will prob become shin pump and might start to hurt because dbol is notorious for that problem, since your bulking and prob cant always have a cooler with you def keep the tuna keep the protein high and carbs! the main pt. is sodium is bad in excess because of water retention and HBP and other issues but your not eating french fries just keep it as clean as possible ALSO just get a cooked chicken from the Grocery store and some thick sliced deli meat put it in a ziplock and take it with you! easy to hold 1 lb in a ziplock. 3 eggs in the morning not one! and 2 cups milk more cottage cheese too , add some frozen berries to your shakes if you blend them (or yogurt) dont let people scare you away from calories I personally went from 5 11 at 143 lbs 13 inch bis thinest ever ( jan 09) 6 percent BF NOW 170 8 % BF ( March 7 ) 15 inch bis pretty good! I ate 4000 balanced calories aday 1000 of these right after workout!

Ill get some taurine because my lower back pump is crazy.

I tried 3 eggs but could only cook one, because i was cooking it on level 3, not high. ILl add more milk and cottage cheese too! I want to slowly add it but yea i am bulking so why not

You think its possible to hit 200 with around 3000 calories a day? ( Clean cals ) I want to bump it up but I think I should be able to gain with what I am eating already.

im running test cyp! Its working great!!!

My elbows hurt too much from soing skullcrushers (EZ Bar or with DB's), and when I do weighted dips i feel like my sternum is going to pop. What are some good tricep exercises besides reverse grip bench?
 
200 is a possibility but honestly 3000 is not that high a calorie diet but still with the dbol and cyp you got the right gear for it! your eating healthy and good sure you will grow!! seems like your on a good start you got ten weeks to see

Yea I cant eait to keep it up, see where I end up at!

Ill add more calories if I need to, problem is my budget doesnt allow me to buy protein which is the most expensive.

What are some good calories to add to a diet that wont make you gain fat, and relatively cheap?
