Those who compete, Help with carb loading diet

I want to know how to diet for a contest because i hope to enter one in the near future. This what i was thinking of doing lower cals to 3,000,30mins cardio 3 times a week first think in the morining. Every weeks mointor progress to see if i need more cutting or filling with carbs. Decrease by another 500 cals do 30mins cardio every other day. Two weeks out lay off cardio and start to add a few more carbs. Then six days out train with high reps and sets and decrease carbs very low for three days. Then for last 3 days eat 150% more carbs than when on low carbs to fill up muscle with glycogen to get that full ripped look. I would start about 3 weeks out. Could someone give me an example of this carb loading diet coz i know how much to eat etc but don't know really what to eat. Any advice etc.
