Need some review and input on cycle diet

Stats 32yr 6' 165 lbs cant gain for anything, hard outdoor work clean pools in sun all day. Great tan! I am in a truck all morning so that is why you will see more shakes, then meals later in the day. Please review and let me know any room for imporvenemts, i'm sure there is plenty.

Meals
#1 1/2 cup oat, Blue berries, honey, 3 eggs, coffee
#2 Protien Shake 1 scoop w/Whole milk 10 oz, carbs, water,
#3 Protien Shake 1 scoop w/Whole milk 10 oz, carbs, water,
#4 8 oz chicken 8 oz sweet potato, 8oz milk
#5 Pre workout shake, gatorade, 30 gram whey,
#6 Post workout, Blueberries, 1 scoop protien, Milk, Carbs,
#7 8 oz Lean meat, 1/2c veg, 1/2c pasta or large sweet potato
#8 Pre sleep, protien powder, yogurt, cereal, berries
 
It's not bad but u need to increase ur qtys.

Add 5-6 egg whites to ur breakfast. Add a double meat Turkey sandwich to meal 5. Have a big bag of mixed nuts with u all day. Eat less carbs post workout. I personally get most of my evening carbs from veggies. Too many berries I think, just at breakfast and maybe mid afternoon snack.

Oxy is right. I eat 6 eggs for breakfast, three is about 3 x 6 = 18 and that's not enough protein

I see you relying too much on shakes...need to be eating food. I eat 12-15 egg whites for my first meal breaking my 16 hour fast, mixed with organic oatmeal and drizzled with peanut butter...really good. Fruit is good for morning, veggies for afternoon/evening. Easy way to remember is carbs in morning, switch carbs for healthy fats in afternoon going into evening. Do you know how many calories you need to be eating ED for maintenance? Whatever your maintenance calories are a day, increase by 500+ calories to gain weight, decrease to lose weight.
