Hard work=cheat day..hmm what should I eat?

I’ve been eating insanely healthy and carb cycling for a couple months now. Its been working awesome and im almost 6% bf...but...every second Friday after 13 days of what I like to refer to as hell, I like to take a day to get stupid and binge eat and drink ALL freaking day. What would you do with a free day like this?

nice..im definitely planning on taking down some serious cheeseburgers tomorrow. And maybe some mc nuggets and a large oreo blizzard from DQ. After that im gonna move on to spicy curly fries and a few whiskey paralyzers. I plan on capping off the night by passing out (after a case of beer) while eating a large meat lovers pizza. oh and I gotta take on a couple boxes of donuts too..cant forget those. haha I cant believe how excited I get for these cheat days..I literally lose sleep just thinking about all of it.

chinese buffet 1 meal 8 plates 7k cals as soon as they open. then for dinner id go get a large supreme pizza and wolf that down. then right before bed id eat an apple pie with a half gallon of ice cream if i was going to eat like shit for a whole day. man i love the chinese buffet. i may go destroy one tomorrow now lol.

lol yeah i get some dirty looks. sometimes they take my silverware and cup away and leave the check while im getting another plate. when i get back i just push the check out of my way and ask for another soda. then i leave them 10 bucks for a tip and their all nice and loving me long time.

I used to do cheat days where I would crush food like pizza, philly cheese steaks, mexican food, ice cream etc etc throughout the whole day but it would always end up setting me back too far LOL. Now I just do a cheat meal instead of a cheat day every once in a while. Casino buffet or pizza buffet are always nice.

i couldnt belive the casino buffet. i went to the trump plaza a couple months ago for a family thing and holly shit it was amazing. if i lived near that place i would have a hell of a time keeping healthy.
