Going from a ketogenic diet to a 'normal' bulking diet???
After Summer is over (or any other time, for that matter), and many who were previously cutting start bulking again, what is the best way for one to transition from a ketogenic diet to a 'normal' bulking diet, such as a 40/40/20 one? With insulin sensitivity being at an extreme level, bodyfat storage would seem to be a HUGE issue, especially if transitioning to an anabolic diet. How would one go about making the change in the best possible manner?
