Is there a big difference in using the BodyOpus method and using a traditional low-calorie, low-fat diet as long as you lift 3-4x/wk and do cardio 4-5x/wk in the AM?
Some people need a bodyopus style diet to lose body fat, in my experience women tend to fall into this category. Start with the more "comfortable" diets and experiment until you find out what works for you.
