Most whole nuts have too many carbs for a ketogenic diet, but nut OILS are great. If you're not on a keto or low fat diet then nuts are great. That pretty much narrows nuts down to see-food, isocaloric or zone type diets.

anyway..is it ok to have them as a snack/meal during the day..sometimes I just cant face another tuna meal.
