good fats

I am trying to add good fats to my diet and lower my carbs. I eat avacado, almonds and peanut butter.

Looking for suggestions to get more fats with out raising carbs.

I don’t eat much dairy. I can and I like it. Just don’t.

Any advice is welcome
sorry bro I dont consider peanut butter a good fat, walnut butter sure but not peanut butter.

I add olive oil to all my meals, that's a start.

I drink 3 tbps of fish oil per day, AM/noon/PM.

And I take 2 caps of fish oil with each meal with 5 walnuts.
