i know tuna is awesome for protein. A small can of starkist has 18g of protein. But the problem is that i hate the taste. On the other hand, a small can of sardines has 24g of protein, and in my case is easy for me to eat throughout the day because i like them. My question is, since i never hear of sardines for a protein source, would this be a good source for me to replace that tuna with. is the protein from sardines quality protein like tuna.

Aren't sardines dirty fish? that feed at the bottom. I read once that they have a higher concentration of toxins in their flesh but I don't know if this info is accurate. Isn't the sodium in a can of sardines high? And aren't they usually packed in oils? I guess if this stuff doesn't matter according to your diet then go for it.
