Just started to take some nitro juice! (Protein gainer). Ive took it 3 days before i realized it was passed since february 13. Have no side effect but i dont know what side it would be ahah! The pot was not open. Is it dangerous the keep going or should stop? Thx

as far as i know you should be ok...if it wasn't opened and theres no moisture in there then you shouldn't have a problem

It's probably alright, but I don't like protein that's too far past expiration date
