WTF happened after injection?

So a while ago, last cycle that is, I tried to inject into my pecs. I injected 1cc of tren in my left pec. Since then I have been having problems with benchpresses. When I lower the bar towards my chest it feels like the pec muscle is going to go off. The feeling comes from the exact place where I injected. I've tried streching, warimng the area, massage but nothing helps. Does this mean I've fucked up some tissue in my left pec and now I will never be able to do benchpresses again. Anyone know what to do?

A "while ago"? Not sure how long that is. If we're talking more than several weeks, then, yes, I know exactly what to do. Go see a doctor.

I just did, bro. There's nothing anyone on the board can do for you. You need to see a doctor and atleast tell him/her all of your indications and symptoms. Even if you play dumb about the needle. They can work on figuring out the problem from there. They will probably send you to a CNS specialist or something like that after a few things fail.
