Switching from Tren Acetate to Tren Enanthate

I am currently 2 and a half weeks into a cycle including tren acetate at 75mg eod and I have been called away with work for a week. I'm therefore considering switching to tren enanthate. Would the best way to do this be to just get straight on to a weekly shot of 200mg tren enanthate 2 days after my last shot of tren ace?

Once you stop the Tren A it will be out of your system within 3 days.
The Tren E will take approximately 2 weeks until you start feeling the results.
