Need some help

I'm about to run my second cycle, sust 250 and deca 250. I have all my ducks in a row as far as diet pct etc but I'm getting conflicting info on dosing my deca. I been told 500mg a week and also 375 a week. Just looking for safe advice as this is my first time using deca.

for a first time person, 300-350 is a good dose... you don't need to go any higher than that...
