Nap crushing??

Hey, I just read through a post in here that mentioned crushing/dissolving Nap tabs in your mouth when you take it. It was talked about as though that was the way to do it. (As opposed to just swallowiing them.)
Did I miss something? Is there a difference, or has this just become another annoying newbie post??
