Muscle twitching while using Deca !

One of the guys I lift with injected 200mg of Deca into his right shoulder and things happened that never happened before.

First, his shoulder muscle twitched Off and ON for about 5 hours.
Second, it made him dead tired. He worked out for about 45 min. all the time yarning.

1. There are probably a few nerves around the area that could have had pressure put on them due to the injection (swellling) and that might cause the muscle to twitch.
2. He was probably tired.
