I Must Eat!!! Please Help

Alright bros, I just broke up with my girlfriend and have no appetite. I didn't even train last week. I was 4 weeks into some anadrol, test and trenbolone, and I haven't even take that.You know I figured whats the use? Is there anything I can whip up really easy, and eat quick. Its been a week and I am down 8 pounds from 312. Anything you guys got would help.
