Is this a good meal plan ?

is this a good meal plan for cutting and lifting?

M1 - protein shake , i scoop with 1% milk for skim milk .
M2 - Whole wheat pasta or Nutts = almonds or natural peanuts with friut = apple or orange
M3 - veggies = green beans or brococcli , or corn
M4 - Cottage Cheese and 1/2 a Grapefruit
M5 - Meat = Ground Turkey, or chicken Thighs or breast

what do you guys think ? any suggestions ? please share all thoughts !
