I normally work out every other day. However we are having out annual IT picnic tomorrow so I can't do my regular chest workout tomorrow.
So should I move it up to today or should I delay until Friday? I really hate going off schedule and if I delay 'til Friday I will still do my back workout on Saturday to stay on schedule.
Last night my tris were a little sore from an arm workout Sun. but today I feel fine.
