A ant2567 New member May 27, 2004 #1 what does everyone think about doing 5 sets of squats , about 4 on calves and then run a few quick laps. I go up an down lots of stairs all day too.

A ant2567 New member May 27, 2004 #2 the reason i say this is beacause i used to pound out 12+ sets on legs but my low set workouts seem to give me better results. Does anyone else do this?
