Ok here is my exercise schedule so far.
Monday: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
Tuesday: Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Wednesday: Gym
Thursday: BJJ
Friday: Gym
Saturday: Nothing
Sunday: BJJ, Gym
Would it be wise to start going to the gym 5 or 6 times a week? I would probably do the following schedule.
Monday: Gym, BJJ
Tuesday: MMA (Possibly Gym today, but before MMA, as MMA kills me)
Wednesday: Gym
Thursday: Gym, BJJ
Friday: Gym
Saturday: Nothing
Sunday: Gym, BJJ
p.s. MMA and BJJ sessions are really intense right now because a competition is coming soon (October and November).
