Nefertiti is the second most famous Egyptian royal wife behind Cleopatra....if you don't know the name, you'd probably at least recognize the bust, one of the more famous pieces of artwork from that time. It's a nickname one of my best friends gave me back in college and calling me "nef" became a bit of an inside joke for us.

I'd say Hapshepset was the 2nd most famous female pharoh. Cleopatra was just a Roman flunky.
