I see the Thermorexin has Glucorell R and Biotin in it already but at pretty low dosages. Is there a benefit to adding additional Glucorell R when on Thermorexin?

For what purpose?

Purpose of G-R in T-Rex is b/c when fat burners burn fat (simplified) glucose is released from the fat-cell and the addition of G-R helps T-Rrex work better/longer......I think.....:D

yes.. though you may find you need less than usual.. as the T-rex enhances glucose clearance

Thermorexin is VERY appetite suppressive, thermogenic and varying with respect to its stim effects

you would benefit from adding one of them.

as far as diet... the use of glucorellR will allow you to eat carbs adn lose weight as well, if not better, than with a low carb diet...

note fruits do not require insulin to be stored as fat, so while they are good for restoring liver glycogen which is important for energy and fat burning, they should be consumed in moderation...

Macro: Is thermorexin more stimulatory than regualr EC? I'm searching for that next big buzz to help with swinging weights

it varies.. and the stimulation is different..

however that being said most note significant workout intensity improvement (though moreso with cardio.. at least from currently available feedback)

I suggest using it on your face, only use it like e3d and maximize it by using it pre workout or what not... almost everyone's face looks leaner, if you have high cheekbones and a chiseled jaw you'll look even better.

whats e3d? every third day?

Do you need HAVE TO exfoliate the area before you rub the yohimburn on?? how much should i put on my love handles, abs, chest, thighs and arms (bi-cep/tri-cep)? is it ok to put it in those areas in one dosage?

i should getting it in the mail today.. thanks !

should... yes


thats a lot of areas at once.. so either go light dosing for each 1/2 pump or focus on 1-2 areas..

2-4 pumps is good unless dieting very strictly
