Question about Yk11 capsules... I've been on TRT for a little over a year, I'm in my late 30s and wanted to try something to add 5 to 7 lbs of muscle/gain a little size. Been lifting for 16 months and consistently 6 days a week PPL split. I'm 5ft 7 and currently 153 lbs. Got up to 164 peak bulk (bulked a little too hard and BF% got up to 22% ish. I've cut down to around 15-16% in 6 weeks) They are 5mg capsules. What is the best time to take them? I know the the rumored time they are active in your system from what I have read seems to be 6-8 hours. Should I take one capsule 5mg in the morning before the workout and the last one 5 MG before bedtime? Any help, advice, or tips would be GREATLY appreciated! 🫡🫡🫡

If you want to gain mass thats possible with yk11 and TRT but is it possible for you specifically hard to say?
lets say I tell you take yk11 at X time for X results, you know I would be guessing, why? well we dont know anything about you.

You want REAL advice from us on gaining? well if you do, you need to start a NEW thread with your log journal diary put up your current diet training cardio sleep and we can guide you into a YK11 cycle from there.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

180mg trt weekly. I'm currently 153 lbs and around 15% bf I would guess. In the videos attached were 2 weeks ago and I was 157lbs and I estimate around 17 to 18% BF. I was cutting for 6 weeks at around 2,200 calories, 13 to 15k steps daily during the cut. This week I've upped the calories to maintenance 2,800 calories. The diet I have always hit a minimum of 175 grams of protein. Sometimes north of 200. 3 whole food meals daily. Ground beef, rice, potatoes, chicken, etc with 2 other snack meals (protein bar or protein shake.) 1 time a week I allow a cheat meal but it's always within my calories. I just make sure said meal has 40+ grams of protein. Also as stated in my original post I'm 5ft 7 late 30s doing a PPL split 6 days a week. Sleep Is on point. 90% of the time I am getting 7+ hours most of the time 8+ hours. I have watch to manage my sleep. I do Incline Treadmill walking Cardio once a week with my heart rate getting into the low 130s for 30 minutes other than that I just stay active for around 10k steps. When cutting I walk a lot more. 15k all the way up to 17k steps. Never done any type of cycle. Started lifting about 16 months ago, Dr prescribed TRT.

Sorry for not adding information originally. Found yall on Spotify and heard the forum name and signed up and posted. Didn't know about the logging and all of that beforehand. Thank you for not deleting my post and being leinent with me since I am new. I posted a bunch of information below. Hopefully that helps.

I would also like to add I am deaf in one ear multiple ear surgeries and I have stage 2 Parkinsons disease, used to be an avid marathon runner and to give it up. Did physical therapy for half a year then got into lifting weights December 2022 and stuck with it. So I may not be massive but it's been a very long journey and a lot of hard work to get where I am. My ultimate goal is to gain end up being 12% bf at 162 to 165 lbs. Still got a ways to go but this looked like and option where I may be able to do this for 8 to 10 weeks and gain 5 to 6 lbs of lean mass. 🫡
 
not really ideal if you are looking to drop that amount of body fat percentage... you should be going with a much...
What's not ideal? YK or my current calories? Or both. My plan was to eat in a slight calorie surplus over the next 8 to 10 weeks until this is done. I wish I would have found this forum before I started YK. I started it on Friday 4/26. I'm not one who's interested in taking a bunch of stuff or being 185 lbs.
 
I don't think you're that high body fat
I would guess you're under 10%
I really appreciate that but I promise I'm not even close to 10%. I'd say 14% at the lowest I hold a lot in my glutes and lower
If I ran YK again I would do it at 10mg per day. I ran it at 5mg per day and it was solid but I feel like 10mg for me would be the sweet spot.

i guess i misread your post, you dropped the body fat percentage...

have you ever used anything before? you just new to all of this and very inexperienced... yk11 is one of the harsher sarms, even carrying methylation making it toxic where no other sarm has any methylation as well as being more suppressive, which wont apply to you being on trt but it does carry more sides than other sarms... my concerns are you dont really know much about it, what it does etc... however you should just do what you feel is best for yourself... it is a split dose, 6-8 hours apart... good luck with everything

If you'll go back to page 2 of this thread I have an entire summary (3 different posts with my pictures of how I looked 2 weeks ago, my trt dosage, my diet, training split, etc. I also stated in the previous posts I found this forum through a podcast and was new to all this so that's why my original post didn't have a lot of information. I wasn't aware of the process for all this, but if you'll go back 1 page on this thread I have 3 consecutive posts with more information on my history. yes, we all have to learn but from now on, you absolutely need to ask first and get all of the proper knowledge BEFORE you start anything bro
