Ok, you got a deal.
If you can take the time and write out your current training regimine that you have been following for the last six months, the results it has given you, your diet, any supplementation program you are following, and your limitations (what days you can/can't go to the gym, whether you have access to cardio equipment early in the morning or late at night, any injuries you have, etc..)
Then I will take the time write out a detailed program for you. The only thing I ask is that you give it an honest effort and application for a minimum of 16 weeks. Because no matter how genetically gifted someone is, 10-12 workouts per bodypart is not going to show any kind of change.
16 weeks is a long time, but im willing to try. should i start a new thread for this like a journal so other peopel can follow along, or should we do it through PMs?
just to see if your still willing, ill list my limitations so u can think about it more:
-i can go to the gym every day and any day untill school starts (around august 26th), except i will be out of town for the first half of august. im going to two places, the first i will be in the gym with my buddy and his trainer for 2 of the days if everything works out( a monday and tuesday ) but the thursday-sunday i wont have a gym unless there is a shitty hotel gym, meaning cardio stuff, bodyweight stuff, possible machines, and weights that probably only go up to 50 pounds. in the other place ill be going iv seen the gym and its a hotel but it has a smith machine with decent weight, and dumbells that go up to 50 and some machines. once school starts ill let u know my constraints in terms of scheduling.
-i have an elipitcal in the basement iv been doing 30 minutes every morning im not lifting, and starting to do 20 minutes in the morning on lifting days, or a fast 1 mile run after the weights.
-right now i have a sore left pec tendon, but nothing serious or debilitating.
-i refuse to give up deadlifts, but i will give up heavy squats
-i want to lift heavy at least once every 3rd week, or however often is necessary to keep my strength up, because althrough i care more about my body and wanan see what you can do for me, i do care about strength to an extent.
-no supplimentation, but i take whey, multi vitamines, and dont eat my vegetables, started eating broccoli but it gives me huge gas.
-i cant go to 400 grams of protein, i was going near that and had a kidney scare and my parents and doctors are bitching at me to lower my protein. i probably get around 250-300 still, though. for the same kidney reasons i cant go keto, or a carbless diet, although iv reduced my carbs lately.
-i have progress pictures dating back a year and a half ago till now, i was lean after wrestling, got a lil bigger, then a year later alot bigger but alot fatter too, now im cutting down, and can take more pictures although my weight is stagnant i think im getting more cut, at least i hope.
i have my training sessions logged from the past i can post up if you agree
